Enable/disable the Administrator account in Windows 7 for home

In Windows 7, the Administrator account is opened or disabled in the Home Edition. I did not remember the specific reason. I opened the Administrator account in Windows 7 (it may be that a program requires special permissions ). After each boot, two accounts will be selected, one is Administrator and the other is my original normal account.
