Failed to uninstall storefront error1605

Symptom description:

 

When storefront is installed on a non-English interface, the following error occurs: Error Code 1605:

Solution:

 

Replace the default guidproduct code in the key value of the *** table:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Citrix \ roles \ deliveryservicesrole \ deliveryservices \ deliveryservicespkg \ productcode

The replaced guid can be found in the uninstallstring key value in the *** table:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Uninstall

In the uninstallstringkey value, the guid after msiexec.exe/X is the product code value to be replaced.

Note: Confirm displayname value is Citrix storefront.

After replacing the registry, uninstall it.
