Flex Project-Deploying an error missing deployment descriptor "Web-inf/web.xml"

A pure Flex project, packaged into a war, is deployed to the WebLogic to make an error.

Error message: [j2ee:160043]missing deployment descriptor ' web-inf/web.xml ' at ' D:\bea\mydomain\myserver\stage\TEST.war '
Reason: The war package is missing a web.xml file and is not recognized as a Web project.
Workaround: Add web.xml files to the war package. In the root directory, create a new folder Web-inf, under Web-inf, create a new file Web.xml,web.xml the following:
