Lock your computer with the Ctrl+alt+del key under Windows XP

Source: Internet

Under Windows XP, you can also use the Ctrl+alt+del key to lock your computer like Win2000, but you must first: Open Control panel → user account → change the way users log on or off → do not select the Use Welcome screen item (which is selected by default). When you are sure to use the Ctrl+alt+del key and choose to lock your computer, you can lock the computer (or use the Winkey+l shortcut key to lock the computer directly).

In addition, if you do not change this setting, using Winkey+l directly into the Windows Welcome screen, the computer is locked and only the user enters a password to enter the system interface.
