When you use a Mac system to connect to Remote Desktop: Remote Desktop cannot verify the identity of the computer you want to connect to
When you use a Windows system to connect to a remote Desktop, you often see a warning similar to slices.
After you select Yes, you can establish a link. But it seems that when using a Mac system to connect, there is no opportunity for us to choose. The direct hint is that Remote Desktop cannot verify the identity of the computer you want to connect to.
This verification can be resolved by changing the authentication method in the following way. Start → run → input gpedit.msc open Group Policy
In the left menu bar
Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates →windwos components → Remote Desktop services → Remote Desktop Session Host → Security
Make the following two configurations
1. Remote (RDP) connection requires the use of the specified security layer
Set to Enabled, the security layer is set to: RDP
2. Require network-level authentication to authenticate users of remote connections
Set to Disabled
After you modify, close Group Policy and restart the computer for it to take effect.
Then you can connect to the Remote Desktop using your Mac ~
PS: does not seem to restart also ok!
