Now, we need to sew these patches onto the text. Again, adjust the parameters under the Brush Tool's panel (F5) to obtain a new stitch effect. For these needles, we change the foreground color to #05a5f8.

16th Step:

Select the needlework layer above, add a bevel and embossed layer style to it, and add a projection style that is the same as the patch layer.

17th Step:

18th Step:

Now add more needle and thread. Change the foreground color to #ff8439, select the Brush tool, and change the brush settings adjustment pins using the same method as above. Double-click and add the same projection layer style as the 12th step.

Simply repeat the above operation, creating several more waves, each grouped (ctrl+g). Finally, put all the waves into a large group and add the projected layer style uniformly:
