Remove all the favorites, libraries, homegroup, and network from the Windows 7 Navigation Pane, leaving only the computer.
Right-click ShellFolder, select Permissions->administrators, tick "Full Control", and then double-click the attributes in the right pane.

Favorite Folders:Hkey_classes_root\clsid\{323ca680-c24d-4099-b94d-446dd2d7249e}\shellfolder, Change the a0900100 to a9400100 and log off once to see the effect.

the registry key for the library is Hkey_classes_root\clsid\{031e4825-7b94-4dc3-b131-e946b44c8dd5}\shellfolder, Change b080010d to b090010d.

the registry entry for the homegroup is Hkey_classes_root\clsid\{b4fb3f98-c1ea-428d-a78a-d1f5659cba93}\shellfolder, Change the b084010c into b094010c.

the registry key for the network is Hkey_classes_root\clsid\{f02c1a0d-be21-4350-88b0-7367fc96ef3c}\shellfolder, Change the b0040064 to b0940064 and log off once to see the effect.
