???? Microsoft officially released the Windows 10 operating system on July 29, 2015. Tens of millions of users worldwide have enthusiastically upgraded to Windows 10, and while new users enjoy a new experience with Windows 10, we have also identified individual incompatibilities.
We found that the individual application client and the website in the trading scenario, the user on the Windows 10 platform can not implement some of the trading functions, affecting the user experience. After positive research and testing with the driver provider for the application, we found that the reason for this behavior is that the user is still using the lower version of the driver after upgrading Windows 10, which uses an API that is not officially published by Microsoft, causing the Windows 10 system compatibility issues.
Microsoft is committed to providing users with the perfect user experience. In response to this issue, Microsoft has assisted the relevant driver provider in repairing its software flaws. These new versions of the drivers have been tested to be well-compatible with Windows 10 systems.
To avoid inconvenience and similar undesirable experiences for your users, we sincerely recommend that you work actively with the driver provider and complete the necessary updates. If your users have already shown you a problem similar to a transaction failure, it is recommended that you test the client or the website for a driver incompatibility problem and resolve it in a timely manner.
