The phone cannot be used after it is connected to the GP530/EP530 phone interface. Troubleshoot the problem as follows:
1. Confirm with the broadband service provider whether the voice service has been activated. If not, this function cannot be used;
2. A region-specific optical cat may not be available in Area B, please confirm to use the corresponding region version of the TL-EP530/GP530, as shown below:
3. Make sure that the progress bar reaches 100% (registration successful) during registration. The Voice indicator is always on. If the voice indicator is not on, it indicates that the voice is not successfully registered. Please register again.
4. If registration 100% is displayed, but the phone number is still unavailable, log on to the management interface of the optical cat and click
