Visual Studio 2012 Smart hints feature disappears workaround

Installed as visual Studio 2012 and updated to the Update3, but found that the smart hint function can not be used, looked up, on-line various materials, reload VS, even reinstall the system has. But a lot of friends are using the command line to reset Vs's method to solve the problem, I tried but did not work, but removed two parameters (original: devenv.exe/setup/resetuserdata/resetsettings) after the success. The steps are as follows:

  1. Start menu-All Programs-->visual Studio 2012 folder--Visual Studio Tools--Developer Command Prompt for VS2012
  2. Enter DOS command: CD common7/ide into a subfolder under the tool
  3. Input:devenv.exe/resetsettings , reset visual Studio
