Why not install this way ...
(I can't read the following help so I tried to put it on)
I have read some introductions that are concise:
Mount-t iso9660/dev/cdrom/mnt
Cp/mnt/vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz/tmp
Copy the package to the Linux tmp directory.
Umount/dev/cdrom
Uninstall CDROM.
Cd/tmp
Enter the TMP directory
Tar zxf vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz
CD Vmware-linux-tools
Enter the unpacked directory
./install.pl
Just so simple, but where did these commands come from?
It's hard for us, these rookies don't even know what to do with Linux.
