What kind of bad habits does Windows give us?

  1. Crazy refresh

I believe that many people, like me before, will start refreshing like crazy once they enter the Windows desktop. Otherwise, you will not be addicted. In fact, many people who have come from Dos and Win3.2 know that the earliest Windows window opened a resource manager window and the content displayed is the files in this directory. If you use NotePad to save a txt file in this directory, you cannot see it in the resource manager and must refresh it manually. This is the source of the "refresh" function. The reason why XP, Vista, and Win7 can be seen is that they are automatically refreshed on a regular basis. It's just that crazy Refresh has been learned by many new computer players and is considered a must-have action.

Linux Gnome, KDE, and Mac OS do not need to be refreshed or cannot be refreshed. No matter what kind of resource manager tool is enabled, you can browse the local directory, no matter what software is used to create or delete files in this directory, the files are displayed in real time without refreshing them. It may be said that real-time refresh is a waste of system resources. In fact, it is wrong. This is not a real-time refresh. Instead, the file system calls back the number of callbacks of the Resource Manager (similar tools, such as the Mac Finder, this is called the "Observer Model" in the software development industry. Do I understand the Coder that has learned the design model? Advanced is advanced, and there is nothing to argue about.

  2. Maximize the window

I have seen many people. In Windows, when I open the resource manager, even if there is only one file in it, the following thing is to maximize it (click the maximize button, there are some so-called experts double-click the title bar, there are even some shortcut keys er press Alt + space + x ). Some people also use a 21-inch LCD with a resolution of 1920*1080 to browse some web pages with a width of 800 and maximize the browser. I am afraid that the white edges on both sides are wider than the webpage content. Why?

I really appreciate Mac OS's best choice for Size buttons and non-maximization design, because I used to have the biggest stinking problem, and now I am turning back to the opposite.

  3. Pre-partitioning of the first hard drive (or new computer)

Like everyone else, my previous PC also has a partition, a C-drive system, and D-drive software. The e-drive is the installer and iso, and a f-drive video music, the G disk is a document and work file. It seems well-organized and does not worry about the loss of important files after the system is crashed and reinstalled.

But let's go back and think about it. Did we go wrong from the very beginning?

If the program is placed in the/Application directory to keep the files in good order, and the movie is placed in ~ /Movie directory, music in ~ /Music directory. Put the document in ~ /Document directory, isn't it neat? Why is the system file reinstalled lost? Isn't it because of a problem with the operating system design? Continue to the next stage. Why should we reinstall the system? I bought a TV. because I watched an unclean TV station, the TV was paralyzed and I needed to reinstall the system? I bought a refrigerator. As I put it into a steamed bread, it went moldy and deteriorated, so the refrigerator crashed. Do I need to reinstall the system?

In Mac, reinstalling the system will not lose personal files. Unless you are cheap, you have to find the hidden "disk" (that is, format) button. In addition, my macbook has been used for a year and has never been reinstalled. Why should I reinstall it? Where are you sorry for me?

I remember that although I used Slic BIOS, I never activated windows. Why? It takes me 30 days to reinstall the system. Now, we have finally been liberated.

  4. When the two acquaintances met, they asked: Hi, what kind of anti-virus software is there recently?

This is a common topic. Some people say that Linux and Mac have fewer viruses because there are fewer users, and hackers prefer development viruses. I 'd like to ask you to study the operating system principles. In Windows, developing viruses is too simple. The simplest is to write a batch processing del c: ntldr. After execution, the system is paralyzed. Although it is easy to restore, it is too fragile.

Do you still remember a classic Win2000 vulnerability? On the interface that requires Ctrl + Alt + Del login, click Help. In the help box, click File-open to access the system file. What does this mean? All security systems are built on a GUI, that is, paper tigers. There is no file system-level protection at all. Like a Web application, the Administrator account and password are written in a Javascript script.

In Linux and Mac, if the software vulnerability is not captured in a specific version, it is impossible to write viruses. In history, only a handful of viruses are effective for specific versions. And I want to stay in those versions of users, maybe they have already been installed.

Here we will use a car as an example. PC + Windows is like the old vans. There are bare wires under the dashboard. If a naughty child disconnects one, the car will be finished. Although it is easy to repair, if a newbie gets an error, the entire circuit system may be finished. The Mac series is like a family car. It is not a brute force means.

============

At last, I had to admit that every version of Windows is improving. But how can some Windows users not be activated? Windows 7 is hard to learn about the Dock style taskbar of Mac OS, but many people have to adjust the taskbar to the original classic style after installing Windows 7.

Driving a van to work for others is not a shame: driving a van to work for others for the rest of your life, without looking forward, but still laughing at people in the middle of the road, high-speed cars, noble brains, rich burning.
