Solution:
Method One: Uncheck "Provide updates to other Microsoft products when updating Windows"
1, start-Settings-Update and Security-windows Update, click "Advanced Options";
2, uncheck "Update Windows to provide other Microsoft product updates";
3, the update process can be completed successfully, note: You need to run the Windows Update multiple times to get all the updates;
4. Once you see the information "system is up to date", go back to "advanced options" in step 1 and uncheck "Provide updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows";
5. Re-check the update to download and install all updates.
Method Two: Temporarily shut down Windows Defender
