First step: Update the Windows Experience Index
1. We first right click on the desktop "computer"-"Properties";
2. Then we'll see a "Windows Experience Index" we click on it and then we check it and then we can do the next step.
Step Two: Change DNS
1. We press windows+x and then in the Open window we click on "Control Panel---network connection---Right-click the current network connection; (local or broadband connection)"
2. Then we click "Properties"---Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)---Click "Properties" as shown in the picture;
3. In the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window, select the "Use the following DNS server address" manual setting;
4. In the preferred DNS server, enter: 4.2.2.2, and then "OK".
5. After the setup is complete, reboot and connect to the Internet, check that DNS is set up successfully, try to update to see if the update is successful.
Step three: Reboot the router or modem
1. We can try to restart the modem, do not restart the computer we have to power off restart Oh, this is really the restart of the modem;
