Windows 7 Broadband Dial 651 error

When the machine is connected to the sky Wing broadband, the dial prompts 651 error, and the other computers in the home can use the broadband connection normally.

1. View the user's machine Device Manager, such as the discovery of driver exceptions, to help users uninstall the network card driver, and then reset the network card driver after reboot.

2. Change the permissions of the C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32LOGFILESWMI in the system to administrator privileges.

3. Manually set the network card properties, into the Device Manager, right click on the network card driver, select "Advanced"---"Speed and duplex" for "100M full Duplex"

Then it is recommended to shut down the computer, turn off the cat after 10 seconds, restart the computer, connect to the broadband again, and connect normally.
