1. click "start" in the lower left corner of the computer and then find "control panel". Of course, you can also quickly use "Win + X" on the keyboard and click "control panel" in the pop-up menu ".

2. Go to the Control Panel and click "program", as shown in the following figure.

3. Go to the program Panel and click "program and function", as shown in the figure.

4. Click "or disable the Windows function" to enable the function, as shown in the following figure.

5. Now in the pop-up window, we disable Internet assumer10, restart the machine, and then enable IE10. After the restart, it will be normal.
