Solution:

Run synciwam. vbs in the \ Inetpub \ adminscripts script folder.
Then, enter the following code at the command prompt: cd % WINDIR % \ system32 \ inetsrv
Rundll32 wamreg. dll, createiispackage
Regsvr32 asptxn. dll
