First, the system network problem

1. Windows XP does not have access to the Internet

To solve this problem, we mainly look at the following two aspects:

Some network adapters after the driver, the system to scan for a long time, after that, the lower corner will also appear with yellow exclamation mark connection icon, which requires you to set the IP address, the method is: Double click the icon, in the dialog box to click on the properties, in the General tab out of the click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Click on the properties, select the use of the following IP address, in the IP address to fill in 192.168.1.X (X for any number of 2--10, and then click the screen Mask, The system will automatically generate 225.225.225.0, and finally click OK to close this tab, click OK to close the General tab, your network will be able to connect again.

2, QQ can not open the Web page

If you can QQ, but can not open the Web page, it is your DNS service address settings have problems!

• It may be that the original settings in your system have been inadvertently;

• Your broadband provider may have changed the DNS service address without notifying you.

Solution:

Right-click the "Local Connection" icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, and in the Open Local Connection Status box, click Properties.

You can also enter the Local Area Connection Status box by clicking Start, Control Panel, and network Connections, and click Properties.

In the general item of properties, locate the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) entry, select, click Properties, and fill in the correct DNS service address (Figure 2).

• As for QQ can not be browsed with your DNS, check your city or area of DNS.
