  1. Download python2.6 and install
  2. Download pywin32 and install
  3. Add the C:\PYTHON26 to the environment variable path.
Configuring the Environment

Unzip the file downloaded to eqgrp_lost_in_translation, find the \windows\fb.py, and comment out the two sections.

Then run the Python fb.py to execute it.
