David Bercovich, product marketing manager of Google's enterprise operations department, pointed out that in addition to the trend of consumer products in the business application field, the company's content management system is not similar to Google's search engine, but is committed to satisfying users.
Bercovich said, "unlike content management systems that do not need to change the product features of sellers and technical means for a long period of time, the search engine field needs to be variable at any time, we need to ensure that we win the user's trust in each step."
Bercovich believes that consumer products such as Google, iPod, TiVo, MySpace and Skype are more innovative than the latest enterprise technologies. "Today's updates are actually more about consumer-level innovations, and we are pleased that they can be applied to the enterprise environment ."
Bercovich made the following remarks at the weekly AIIM sales fair last Wednesday. This conference is called "international authoritative enterprise content management (ECM )", it focuses on tools and technologies for capturing, managing, storing, storing, and transmitting content and files related to the organizational process.
Bercovich said that Google.com is the world's largest content management system, because it collects information and classifies it in an approximate way, so that it can be obtained through search. It can also be seen as a business application, because many business people use it to search for the required information.
However, he admitted that sellers and enterprises will encounter challenges that Google never encountered during development and configuration of the content management system. In the business field, content management decisions are increasingly adopted to comply with government regulations.
"We have no choice but to comply with government regulations," Bercovich said ." Risk management is undoubtedly very important, but what I want to say is that we have not fully explored the value of content management. We have spent too much resources on complying with relevant regulations, at the same time, it is impossible to share information that can truly have a revolutionary impact on commerce and even the entire industry.
Bercovich believes that Google Apps, as part of a successful content management system, meets the "user-centric" requirement.

At the same time, he pointed out that IT managers are a very challenging task to select programs because they must be prepared based on user experience while ensuring commercial and technical interests.
"This is indeed a challenging job. I think we should spend more time in the broader IT industry, focusing on how employees use IT and how employees use IT, at the same time, they are treated like consumers, because there is no big difference between Google and Google."
