How do I set the "User Privilege assignment" policy in the Group Policy?

By setting the "user rights assignment" policy, you can solve network problems such as the inability to share a user's shared computer. The procedure is as follows:

Step 2: Open the "Group Policy Editor" window and expand "Computer Configuration"> "Windows Settings"> "Security Settings"> "Local Policies" directory in the left pane, select "User Rights Assignment.
