On the Windows 10 desktop, right-click the start button in the lower left corner of the desktop, and select the "run" menu item in the pop-up menu.

The window for running Windows 10 system is displayed. In the text box, enter the command gpedit. msc and click OK.

In the open Local Group Policy Editor window, click the "user configuration/management template/Windows Components" menu.

In the open Windows component expand menu, click the Windows Messenger menu item, and find the "Do Not Allow running Windows Messenger" setting on the right.
