The Samsung 680Z5E series notebook has only one C partition after it is unbound from the factory. this is inconvenient for users who need to manage a large amount of data and materials. If you want to separate one or more partitions for a disk, we can perform operations through the "Recovery" function. The following describes the specific operation methods.
Note: 1. This operation will cause loss of all data in the hard disk. Please back up the data first.
2. Connect the power adapter before proceeding.
3. After completing this operation, you can delete partition D and then use the Windows built-in Disk Partition Function to partition the hard disk into multiple logical partitions.
1. When a Samsung logo screen with a blue background appears on the boot screen, press [F4] on the keyboard.
2. Enter the Recovery one-click Restore interface, for example:
3. Click Restore in the upper left corner ].
4. Find [partition settings] on the right ].
5. Slide the slider in the partition settings to the right to [open], as shown in:

7. Divide partition C into two partitions: C and D. The size depends on your needs. Then, click Restore at the bottom ].
8. Click "yes" at the bottom of the prompt "whether to continue to restore ]. (Note: This operation will clear all the hard disk data. Please back up the data first .)
