How AutoCAD for Mac settings are automatically saved to a variety of lower versions

Although the AutoCAD2013 for Mac does not modify the default Save Format dialog window, you can implement the modifications by entering commands. Copy this line of command to the AutoCAD command bar, and then enter, note: parentheses are required!
