IE automatically log on to SP site with current domain account via Group Policy
1. Run MMC in the run and start the Group Policy Object Editor. such as:
Locate the Group Policy such as:
Locate the domain
Right-click Edit
Find such as:
Locate the Computer Configuration-Administrative Templates-Windows Components-Internet Explorer-internet Control Panel-Security page. Then select the site-to-zone assignment list.
We will enable this policy and click on the display below to further set up the site area configuration.

Then we continue to push the security settings of the internal site or the trusted site through this GPO-automatically log in with the current password, Computer Configuration-policies-Administrative Templates local computer-windows components-ie-ie Control Panel-intranet Area (if you add to a trusted site, select trusted zone). Then we select the login option.
After opening we will enable the Login option policy, and then configure the login option to automatically log in with the current user name and password.
After the configuration is complete, update the Group Policy: Gpupdate/force
