1. manually modify:

Click Start> set> Control Panel> region and language options. In the displayed window, select the region option card and click custom ", in the displayed window, select "time" and "Time Format ".

Before "H: mm: ss", add "tt" (lowercase letter) and then fill in "AM" and "PM". A maximum of eight Chinese characters can be entered.
<Note: you must write all the information in "AM" and "PM". If you only write the information in the AM position, only the words you write will appear in the morning!>

All the way to exit, you will find the words you want to appear before the time

If you want to make Chinese characters appear after the time, "tt" should be written after "H: mm: ss ".

2. software modification:
