Solution:
Change the home page of Internet Explorer
Set the homepage so that every time you open Internet Explorer, you can open a website that you visit frequently and wait for your browsing.
To add or change a home page
1. On the Start screen, click or click Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to the page where you want to set it as the homepage.
3. Sweep from the right edge of the screen to the center and click "set ".
(If you are using a mouse, point to the lower right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click "set ".)
4. Click or select "options". Under "home page", click or click "custom ".
5. Click "add current site", edit the URL as needed, and click "add" to add the site to one of your home pages.
The next time you open a new browser session, the site and any other site you set as the home page will be automatically loaded.
To add or change a home page on a desktop
1. Open the desktop, and click or click the Internet Explorer icon in the taskbar.
2. Click or click "tools", and then click or click "Internet Options ".
On the "General" tab, enter the URL of the site you want to set as the home page. You can add multiple URLs or click "use current page" to add the currently viewed website. If you add multiple URLs, put each URL in a separate row.
3. Click or click "application", and then click or click "OK ". The next time you open a new browser session or window (or click the "home page" button), your home page will be automatically loaded.
Note:
The home page is displayed only when you open a new browser session or window, or click the "home page" button in Internet Explorer for desktop.
If you add a site as the home page in Internet Explorer for desktop, the site will be added to Internet Explorer opened from "start", and vice versa.
