Environment:

Windows Server 2003

There are 4 users (UserA, UserB, UserC, UserD)

There are 4 folder directories (UA, UB, UC, UD)

Demand:

UserA can access only files in the UA directory and write permissions in the UA directory.

UserB can only access files in the UB directory and have write permissions in the UB directory.

UserC only access to the UC directory files, does not have the UC directory write permissions.

UserD can only access files in the UD directory and does not have write permissions in the UD directory.

Configuration steps:

1, first in two operating systems to create UserA, UserB, UserC, userd users (note: The same user on both servers must have the same password).

2. Create a new folder under the same path as share for two machines

3. Set the host folder share in the two-machine system to be shared, add read and write access to the Users group in the share permissions for the files, and add read and write access to the Users group in the security options for the share folder.

4, the UA, UB, UC, UD directory moved to the share directory

5, open the UA directory of the properties of the security, delete the Users group, and add UserA users to the UA directory of security users, and give UserA users write permissions (shielding the Users group other user access rights).

6. Open the properties of the UB directory security, delete the Users group, add the UserB user to the security user of the UB directory, and give UserB user write access.

7, open the properties of the UC directory security, delete the Users group, and add UserC users to the UC directory of security users, do not give UserC user write access.

8, open the properties of the UD directory security, delete the Users group, and add UserC users to the UC directory of security users, do not give userd user write access.

Note: By default, UserA, UserB, UserC, and UserD belong to the Users group, so you need to remove the Users group in the UA, UB, UC, UD directory of attributes in security, and in the removal process you need to click Security for Advanced, Cancel " Allow patriarchal inheritable permissions to propagate to this object and all child objects ... to remove the Users group.

To configure a shared file to a Rosemirrorha configured resource:

1, through Rosemirroha to create application services, select the application service type of Userdef, and then set the appropriate active IP, set the data replication data to the share directory, the file sharing interface to add share name share and shared file path.

2, after the completion of the configuration, in the client machine through the "explorer" à "tools" à "Mapping network Drive" (because you can use different users to log the connection test) to test whether the expected effect of the observation.
