How to configure TP-LINK routing for a dual-wan router

Now I am using two 2 m ADSL databases, and I don't know what the client is running. It's just like a card. Everybody's game is okay. I set a traffic limit, it means that the QQ space in the Internet industry is slower, but the game is not stuck. the problem is that when a machine is downloading or watching a movie online, sometimes I cannot find a download or watch a movie online.

Ping dns generally has a latency of more than 500 and is crazy about packet loss. ping dns "Request timed out" is so stuck that the game is almost impossible. I really don't know if it is a setup problem. I used to use a soft route for ADSL, which is better than the current one. this is where the network is getting slower and gets stuck.
