How to bypass wubi to download images from the Internet. (Use the locally saved image file instead of downloading it from the Internet)
A simple way to install Ubuntu is to use wubi for installation. In this way, the installation can be installed in the same Windows system as the software, and can be started at the same time as the Windows system. However, when we install wubi to automatically download image files from a remote Ubuntu website, this is of course a method, but wubi download is slow, it is indeed a test of human patience. Therefore, we have downloaded the Ubuntu image file using download tools such as thunder, but we still downloaded the resources on the network during wubi installation. How can we make wubi use the local image file?
First, install a virtual optical drive file, and then use ultraiso to load the image file to the virtual optical drive, and then enable the virtual optical drive. Note that the network is disconnected at this time (it is better to unplug the network cable physically ), find the executable wubi file (this EXE file of wubi is available when I install it, if I didn't download one from the Internet and put them in the same path ,), then, double-click to start Ubuntu installation. After a restart, you can choose to enter ubuntu.
Note: Network disconnection is required when wubi is started!
