Step 1: Install and streamline the XP System

First, restore the Windows XP system image in the GHO format that you have already backed up to the C drive, and then streamline the system as appropriate, for example, you can delete junk files, transfer the virtual memory to a drive D or another partition, and disable System sleep. The size of the simplified XP system should not exceed 1 GB.

Step 2: Install firadisk

First, download a modified "memory version XP". You can find it by using the search engine. The downloaded "memory version XP. RAR "decompress it to the root directory of the E drive and open the" firadisk "folder under the" E: Memory XP "directory. Then right-click" firadisk. inf, select "Install", complete the firadisk installation, and follow the prompts to restart the system; right-click the "my computer" icon on the desktop, and select "manage ", open the "System Tools> Device Manager" branch of ghost xp "Computer Management".
