How to make Word documents dynamically count words in real time

Source: Internet
Author: User

In Word, we use the "Word Count" command in the "tool" to count the number of words in an article. However, it is difficult to use this command multiple times after the article has been modified.

The following method can be used to dynamically count the number of words in an article.

Open "insert → domain", select "NumChars" in "Document Information" and "Domain Name" in "category", and click "OK" to exit, the number of characters in Arabic numerals is displayed.

If you change the content of an article and want to count the number of words again, you only need to select the Arabic number you just obtained, right-click it, and click the "Update domain" command, the system automatically displays the new statistical results to you.
