This is a simple question that happened to be asked today, summed up here; if you do not manage through VMM there are two ways to get the IP address of the virtual machine.
The first method, of course, is easy to think of, that is, through the interface of Hyper-V Virtual Machine Manager, select the managed virtual machine and then directly through the Network tab can be seen, the following figure:
