How Windows 7 Systems change time zones and add new time zones

1. Back to the computer desktop, and then click on the task bar to the bottom right solution "time" (which is displayed: 11:58) This double click

2. Double-click after the system's "Change date and Time Settings" dialog box, so the date of the relevant we can set up here.
