How Windows 8 systems Restrict disk access

In computers, where each disk partition is acting as a room role, and we can use the policy to close these "doors" to restrict access, how does Windows 8 system restrict disk access?

1. First click on the desktop "Win + R" button, bring up the "running window, input" Gpedit.msc "after Click" OK ";

2, in the Local Group Policy Editor, select User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows components, Windows Explorer;;

3, find to prevent from "My Computer" access to drive options, double-click to open it;

5. After restarting the computer, or by using the command "Gpupdate/force" to refresh the Group Policy, opening the partition again prompts for restricted access.
