Last year, I was honored to have won the second prize of a digital model with my team members. Today, I am so bold that I want to focus on my understanding of the digital model. I hope to help new students. My views will inevitably be superficial, and the content will inevitably fall short of what I think. please correct me.

{Mentality}

The reason why we need to put our mentality first is that, after the selection and training of such competition experiences, we will always have the "time" to participate in the competition ". At this time, the most important thing is whether such "effort" can be fully realized. In such a group competition, it is often the case that a "strong combination" may not be able to achieve good results. The root cause is that the players are not trustworthy and each team is responsible for the competition. Therefore, the Olympic champions are often both capable and psychological champions. When it comes to the competition, the latter will become more important.

A soldier who does not want to be a general cannot be a good soldier. However, if he wants to be a general only and forgets to do his own job, he is probably not a good soldier. This is to tell everyone that we must have a good mentality to participate in the digital model, and the goal is to have it, but what's more important is that you can take every step of the preparation for the digital model and the competition in a down-to-earth manner. This is a common sense from the past to the present, and I do not need to go into details.

 

{Capability}

In terms of the ability to prepare a digital model, I am very sincere and sincere. In this case, it is best to find a mentor or something to talk about. Otherwise, there will be misunderstandings. Today, let me just talk about what I think is helpful to everyone. In general, the actual problem-solving ability of a digital model should be composed of the ability to establish a mathematical model, the ability to solve a mathematical model, and the ability to write a thesis.

Creating a mathematical model is the starting point for solving digital models. Of course, it is also the top priority. Whether the model is well established or not, there are some highlights, but all of them have been settled at the moment. I personally think that when modeling with a stable character first, we should first establish a relatively easy, that is, a more popular model, on this basis, we will create some difficult or creative models. One advantage of doing so is that mathematical modeling advocates multiple solutions and multiple models will not negatively affect the evaluation. As long as the model is correct and effective, it will have a positive impact: multiple models compare each other to determine whether their results are convincing. Three: even if there is no brilliant model, at least one stable model can reflect its own level. However, the Digital-to-model competition is now more likely to address a major problem with a number of small problems. That is to say, when solving problems, we need to build a corresponding model for each problem. At this time, sticky is very important. A minor problem is totally different from "doing something wrong or not done". The former can still get a lot of scores, while the latter does not. Therefore, if you have a high level, you can create more difficult and creative models and say, "modeling is an art ." And so on; if not, I thought that in the modeling process, we should take security and accuracy as the first factor to consider, and then expand on this basis, we will be able to achieve good results. Another foreign <mathematical modeling> is also worth seeing.

 

In the process of solving the mathematical model, we can solve the problems, Pen, paper, and mind. However, since we are talking about models, there is a metaphor here-"solving complicated or complex locks". Therefore, computers are powerful problem solving tools, together with pen, paper, and ruler, it has become an essential tool for mathematical modeling. In general, the process of solving a model is called an algorithm. But how can this algorithm be subdivided into multiple words? it is best to be called an algorithm. It is a combination of mathematics and combination optimization, graph Theory and Algorithms in algorithms and data structures, because the algorithms here are real algorithms, they all reflect the wisdom of a kind of thinking. Once you understand the mysteries of some of these algorithms, naturally, I feel wonderful. Another type of algorithms, such as some algorithms in numerical analysis, are more specifically the implementation of numerical analysis algorithms. Of course, there are still a lot of skills in this implementation process, compared with the algorithm in combination optimization, it is not as delicate as before. Another kind of algorithm is named as "advanced", such as ANN (Artificial Neural Network) and GA (Genetic Algorithm, it can be said that it is a kind of simulation of a natural or biological merit-based function, all belong to the category of soft computing. Of course, there are some statistical algorithms, such as regression and clustering, which will not be listed here. Understanding algorithms is important, and finding appropriate implementation tools is equally important. It is most convenient to use EXCEL for some simple calculations. Matlab is an important software, because it provides a lot of ready-made mathematical software packages, it can easily handle a lot of complex computing; In Algorithm Implementation focusing on combination optimization, using C language and other advanced languages is naturally a good choice.

 

The writing of the thesis is also a major concern. It takes only two or three hours to think about and work hard to produce a result. However, it takes longer to process a thesis because, expressing your ideas clearly to others (reviewers) requires a lot of rigor and attention. Many problems that have not been discovered may arise when writing a thesis, timely anti-work is required. Therefore, this stage cannot be relaxed at all. Otherwise, even if a good result is obtained, it is very likely that it will be lost due to unclear or improper expression. I am afraid that the only thing I can do to write a good paper is to strengthen the number of times I usually touch the competition, which will naturally increase in many exercises.

 

In addition to the above features, digital models are also engineering, team-based, and information-based. It is certainly advantageous to read more about team cooperation and management books and practice them at ordinary times; in addition, it is also essential to strengthen your ability to acquire new knowledge and digest new knowledge. In addition, maintaining a love for science is also very important. You must know that the questions of digital models every year sometimes have a considerable background in the field. If they happen to hit your major, congratulations, of course. If not, you need to understand and apply the key links and key knowledge in a certain field in the shortest time.

{Preparation}

In this article, it seems that you should open a list to tell everyone what kind of knowledge they want to learn and what kind of software they want to learn. However, even if you think about it, a digital model involves a wide range of fields. You must open a list of books that can be used to win the national first prize, which will scare many people including me; their own level is really limited, and they do not dare to miss people here; three, many enthusiastic friends have opened similar lists, although the "perfect" is certainly not, however, we will certainly have a lot to learn from your own level.

We would like to remind you that the courage and perseverance to overcome difficulties are the first to bear the brunt of the preparation of digital models, it is difficult to make a difference in intense preparation and harsh competition. In addition, we must overcome the following kinds of emotions: impetuous, which is the easiest problem for young people, including me. We must remind ourselves more, no matter what happens, we should all face it with a peaceful attitude. If we are greedy, we can expand on the basis of what we have learned to improve our capabilities. If we are greedy, you must have the best skill to control your skills. Otherwise, you will only hurt yourself if you learn it.
