I like Windows 7 for four reasons

Startup and shutdown

It is hard to imagine that only a certain amount of patching has been made to Vista (6.0), and Windows 7 (6.1) has a startup and shutdown speed unmatched by XP-from Post end to Windows login interface, and 20 seconds to conservative estimates. Does Microsoft deliberately let Vista act as a negative?

Task bar

Larger icons, simpler expressions, richer operations, and the task bar, which has not changed substantially since Windows 95, has finally been refreshed. Cheers, the window icon and the title had to be in the taskbar that is not a comfortable space to curl up in the era has passed! Well...... Even if high resolution/widescreen displays are popular, the number of open windows will only increase with the increasing power of system support in the future. What's more, the thumbnail of a window's content is clearly more intuitive than a line of text (or truncation).

Desktop

From Vista, Microsoft finally understood that "desktop gadgets", "Automatic switching wallpaper" should be one of the built-in functions of the system? I seem to have heard the lament of many of the tools that provide this type of functionality, but I have to admit that many users, including myself, are very happy with Microsoft's ability to extend the system, although this must be the cost of shrinking other software living space and increasing the volume of the system.

Default program Settings

Before Vista, it would be a hassle to modify the default program for Windows to open a file type (or a network protocol such as HTTP or FTP). Using the registry to do this may be more humane than the "humanized" interface provided by the system. But now things have changed so much that we can easily select or exclude file types and protocols that can be opened for a particular program (although IE, the Windows Media Player is still a bully tradition, it's much better than it used to be).
