If I decide to start a business. So, what am I going to do? What will I avoid doing? The first is to choose the direction, in the direction of the choice, I will avoid outsourcing industry. Why should I avoid the outsourcing industry? Because, outsourcing competition too many people, then, the profit is not much, realize the scale difficulty, and is more tired. Outsourcing this line, I will not do. So, what am I going to do? I will consider, in the traditional industry this piece cut into. I will consider how to use the mobile Internet as a tool to help traditional industries solve problems, and how to innovate in the traditional industry. This is the direction I will consider. After considering the direction of the choice, I have to consider how to cut into the problem. I now have the capital, is my technical ability (I still have to continue to improve my technical ability). So, in the coming year or two, what I want to do is to constantly improve my technical ability, expand my technical aspects, and learn the project management knowledge, preferably can get project management practice opportunities. After one or two years, I will look for startups and then join. The startups I'm looking for are in the direction of the traditional industry, or the smart home.
