Improve memory and change the strong clipboard for the System

Every day, we do not know how many copy and paste operations we need to perform repeatedly, but Windows has limited memory. Its clipboard can only store the copied content once at a time, so many clipboard enhancement tools came into being.

Although the CLCL we introduced today is "small" (only 235KB), it does not have to spend any money, but its functionality is not inferior to shared software that charges fees.

Example 1: Get started quickly. After running the software for Windows persistent memory, its icon will appear in the system tray. If you press Ctrl + C to copy files and text, this information is recorded by CLCL (30 items are recorded by default ). In the future, you can press Alt + C to bring up the CLCL menu at any location (such as various text editors). The menu contains the clipboard history. After selecting one item, you can complete the paste operation (see figure 1 ).

★Copy some files and press the Alt + C keys. You will find that CLCL can remember file replication, in this way, you can easily copy files to multiple locations.

★Press the PrintScreen button and press Alt + C. You will find that it can also act as a part-time image capture tool, and can capture images continuously and paste them into a file in a centralized manner.
Example 2: commonly used two-key input

We usually need to repeat some statements, such as your email address, mailing address, and email signature. Now, using the template function provided by CLCL, you can place common terms in the template, press Alt + C and select "template" as required. Then, select the corresponding sub-item in the expanded sub-menu to complete the quick pasting.

Step 1: Click the CLCL icon in the system tray, open its "Viewer", right-click "template" in the list on the left, and select "new project.

Step 2: Select "TEXT" from the "add format" drop-down menu in the "New Project" window, and then click "OK ".

Tips

CLCL can also use existing files as templates. You can select "file loaded" and click "…" Find the corresponding file. In addition, you can also right-click the copy project saved under "Clipboard" or "History" in the "Viewer", and then select "add to template ", in this way, you can set the copied content as a template for your use.

Step 3: Enter text in the text box on the right (for example, computer fans). If this statement is frequently used, we recommend that you right-click the item name displayed on the left side of the window and select "set hotkey" to set a hotkey for common terms. Then, you only need to press this hotkey combination to quickly complete the statement input. Follow these steps to add your most commonly used statements.

Step 4: If you need to enter common statements for text processing, simply press Alt + C and select the corresponding phrase under "template" (see Figure 2 ).

Tip: In the "add format" window, select the BITMAP format, select the "file loaded" option, and select the signature graph (note that CLCL only supports BMP format images ).

Example 3: automatically add an identifier to the Forum texture

To paste a good image on the website to the Forum, you must add the [img] [/img] identifier on both sides of the address in addition to copying the image address. The automatic identification function provided by the CLCL plug-in allows you to copy the address and add the ID in one breath.

Step 1: Open the "CLCL-Options" window and click "add" under the "Tools" tab to open the "tool editing" window.

Step 2: click "Browse" under the DLL item and select "CLCL" to save tool_text.dll in the tltxt001 subdirectory. The "select tool" window appears, double-click the "<& TAG>" item and set a hotkey in the "hotkey" field, for example, Ctrl + Shift + X, and click "OK ".

Step 3: return to the "Tools" tab, select the added "<& TAG>", click "properties", and enter "[img]" in the "Start character". enter "[/img]" in "End character".

Step 4: When you copy the URL, press Ctrl + Shift + X and then click "OK" to automatically add the logo. Tips

The CLCL plug-in is actually a DLL file. Currently, CLCL has two plug-ins, except tool_text.dll in the tltxt001 subdirectory used above, and tool_utl.dll in the tlutl001 subdirectory.

Example 4: create a super menu for the N-in-One Function

After pressing Alt + C in any Windows location (such as the desktop, program window, and Resource Manager), CLCL can bring up its shortcut menu. How can we arm the menu, so that it has more functions? For example, you can start common programs.

Step 1: Open the "CLCL-Options" window and double-click "menu Alt + C" in the "actions" tab list to open its Properties window.

Step 2: first, click (new content) in the "menu" list, and then select "separator" from the "content" drop-down menu in the right pane ".

Step 3: click "(new content)" under the separator line just created in the "menu" list again )", select "external program" from the "content" drop-down menu in the right pane, enter "WinRAR" in the "title" text box, and click "…" Find the WinRAR executable file (C: Program FilesWinRARWinRAR.exe), click "..." Click Browse, Click Browse in the window, click browse, and locate the winrar.exe file. The program icon appears. Select one and click OK to return. Click OK again to add the file.

Step 4: press Alt + C to display WinRAR items in the CLCL menu. With this method, you can add programs that you often use to create a super clipboard program Startup menu.

Create a separate program Startup menu. For example, double-click the Alt key to bring up this menu. On the "Action" tab, click the "add" button to open the "action editing" window. Select "menu" from the "Action" drop-down menu and select "Alt + Alt" under "Call type ".

Example 5: Let CLCL know more formats

By default, CLCL supports three formats: text, image, and file. Through plug-ins, CLCL can also recognize more formats.

Step 1: Open the "CLCL-Options" window and click "add" under the "format" tab to open the "Edit clipboard format" window.

Step 2: click "Browse", select fmt_metafile.dll in the fmtmeta001 subdirectory in the directory where CLCL is located, and click "OK" to complete the addition.

Step 3: Use Step 2 to add fmt_rtf.dll in the fmtrtf001 subdirectory in the directory where CLCL is located. In this way, CLCL can "recognize" RTF and some multimedia files.
