2. After the copy is complete, press "Windows + X" to open the command prompt administrator and locate C:/Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash or C: /Windows/SysWOW64/Macromed/Flash, and then enter "Regsvr32 Flash. ocx "press enter to display the prompt" DllRegisterServer in Flash. ocx succeeded ". After that, restart the computer to view the webpage with the Flash plug-in.
Tips: Windows 8 has permission issues. If you cannot replace it, you can manage it on the computer. Click local users and groups, groups, and Administrators, click add, and enter the current account name or Windows Live ID, click OK.
