1. Change localhost to 127.0.0.1 for a connection! After the change, the connection is successful (the server configuration is correct)

2. Because the hosts file in ipvs7 does not have the default localhost, The Connection Starting with localhost cannot be found.

Open the c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts file in notepad and add "localhost 127.0.0.1"

This configuration affects the entire system in localhost addressing mode (including database connection and IIS positioning ).
