After installing the Oracle database, we went into its installation directory and found the two files under the network directory under Admin Listener.ora and Tnsnames.ora, as shown in 1.

Open the Listener.ora and Tnsnames.ora files separately, you can find the default settings such as 2 and Figure 3, the configuration behind the host is localhost, the problem is here. The solution is to replace the localhost here with your IP address, such as IP is 210.142.1.23, then write host=210.142.1.23, the above two pictures of the three are to be modified
