Only VMware Tools is installed in the VMware virtual machine to enable file sharing between the host and virtual machines, colleagues can support free drag, the mouse can move freely between the virtual machine and the host (no more pressing ctrl+alt), and the virtual machine screen can be full screen.
Virtual machines that have VMware Tools installed can view information such as the virtual machine's IP address through the summary section of VMware VSphere Client.
First, the CentOS system installs VMware Tools (this article takes CentOS 6.5 as an example)

This document takes CentOS 6.5 as an example, and I tested the Centos7.2 installation of VMware Tools in accordance with CentOS 6.5, which is not listed here.
1. Open the control side of the virtual machine where you want to install the VMware Tools tool, select "Virtual Machine", "Client", "Install/upgrade VMware Tools (M)", then click "OK":
2. Enter the virtual machine system and command to mount the VMware Tools Tool installation package:

3. To see if the image was mounted successfully:

4. Unzip the VMware Tools Tool installation package (VMWARETOOLS-9.4.0-1280544.TAR.GZ) to the specified directory:

7. After the error is resolved, continue compiling and installing the VMware tools tool:

2. Go to the virtual machine where you need to install VMware Tools, turn on your computer, and select the disc image:
3. Double-click the image file you want to install, then install it, then click Next:
4. Select "Typical Installation" and click "Next":
