Microsoft has increased the number of TCP Half-open connections from Windows XP SP2 and set it to a small value of 10, and the system will reject connections because of security factors when the system's TCP connection attempts to exceed this value. The idea is to prevent worms such as shockwave, a problem that exists in Windows 7 as well.
We can download and install Tcp-z, then unzip it, then go to the Virtualdevice folder, double-click Tcpz_setup-x86 (if it is a 64-bit system, double-click tcpz_setup-x64). Then click the Install Driver button in the interface that appears later to install the driver.
It will then automatically open Device Manager, double-click the TCP Half open Limited patcher (tcp-z) entry under TCPZ driver, click the Properties tab in the Open window, and then enter 0 in expected value to show no limit, Click the Save button to reboot the system to take effect.
