After a lot of time, I wrote about the solution and requirements. In my opinion, and in some middle-level leaders. It is good to rebuild the product based on my ideas. It conforms to various theoretical requirements and has a clear structure.

However, when the decision was made to the company's top leadership, they asked the following question:How much market value does it bring to me when I invest so much manpower and material resources to restructure this product? How many potential users have such requirements? How many customers are suitable for these businesses and processes?To put it bluntly, how much can I earn!

Ask me... This is also a common problem for technicians.Zhou Hongyi once said: technicians are very conceited.. They tend to focus on themselves and feel that everyone will follow their own ideas.

In this example, I am equivalent to Party B, company executives are equivalent to Party A, and Party B wants to sell its own products to Party A, but party A does not agree. Obviously, I didn't grasp the needs of executives. I didn't tell them what I was talking about, but what they were interested in.The essence of marketing is to seize the needs of the market and the Eye of the market..

I think in China, I am now in the application software (non-Internet) industry, and my boss is most interested in marketing talents, followed by technical talents.
