Win XP Regional Network Positioning
Give Windows an IP address !! Although Windows XP is very fast on the desktop, it does not run smoothly. You have to wait a while to really execute the program! After verification, it is found that when the network card is installed, Windows XP will not find an IP address until it enters the desktop, so if it is not given a proper IP address, it will waste a lot of time searching for IP addresses!
P.S. If no Nic is installed, or clients that use fixed bandwidth or shared bandwidth, do not bother with the following settings!
View local connection attributes
Select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) below)
Use the following IP Address: The first IP address 192.168.0.1, and the second IP address 255.255.255.0.
Then, enter 168.95.192.1 and 139.175.10.20 in the "use the following DNS server address ".
That's all ~ It will not pause after the instance is started.
Speed up dial-up access
Fill in [s11 = 50] on [Control Panel] → [telephone and modem options] → [data machine] → [advanced] and [initialization command 〕
Increase the sharing speed of "Network neighbors"
I don't know if it takes a long time for users to use Windows XP to share "Network neighbors" because it will check "scheduled jobs" on other computers ", sometimes I even stopped there for nearly a minute, which is quite annoying. I am here to provide a method to cancel the check step !!
"Start" --> "run" input regedit appears "Registry Editor [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Explorer/RemoteComputer/NameSpace] has a one-key value under this location {D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF }, right-click the server code and choose --> Delete

Copy netnbf. inf to the % SYSTEMROOT % INF directory.
Enable [local connection] → [properties] → [installation] → select [communication protocol] And then press [add 〕
Select [NetBEUI Protocol] and [OK] for installation.
Restart your computer.
