Problem:
1. Because the backbone team is a part-time employee, it is difficult to get together for a meeting. Basically, communication and work are conducted over the Internet or by phone. Low Efficiency
2. Projects are experiential services for children's sports training courses. The development, design, and arrangement of courses cannot be guaranteed. There will also be problems in the last lecture, and you cannot work at any time.
3. As part-time core backbone members, participation, execution, and energy for entrepreneurship are extremely limited.
4. Finally, I completed a lot of work by myself.
5. Due to the special nature of the project, part-time jobs are only allowed to become course coaches or members of R & D teams. Cannot participate in the core team.

Solution: (trial solution)
1. If you decide to be a full-time entrepreneur, you need to sign a letter of agreement on entrepreneurship.
2. Select a part-time job. There are only two options: course R & D and coach.
(The instructor only pays for the lesson, while the course R & D personnel require qualifications and background, and finally sign the Cooperation Agreement. Small shares are allocated after a successful start-up)
