Necessary conditions for handling the ICP Business license of value-added telecom business

Regulations on telecommunications of the People's Republic of China, measures for the administration of licences for the operation of telecommunications services and the implementation of the management of the value-added telecommunications business license of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Communications Administration on the management of telecommunications business licenses.

(a) The minimum amount of registered capital is 1 million yuan;

(ii) feasibility studies and related technical programmes; (iii) relevant technical personnel and necessary venues and facilities: 1. Operators applying for the Internet Data Center business should have at least one digital rack and 20M bandwidth circuit in the standard room, with no less than 4 network and information security administrators and service personnel. 2. Operators applying for the operation of Internet access services shall have at least 20M bandwidth circuits and network and information security administrators and customer service personnel of not less than 4 persons. 3. The operator who applies for the business of calling center shall be provided with no less than 10 agents and no less than 20 business personnel. (d) In the past three years, no one of the following situations has occurred: (1) The filing of a false certificate when applying for a business permit, (2) the cancellation of a business license by law in violation of regulations, and (3) the occurrence of a major offence.
