In the graduation season, I chose a state-owned enterprise IT center for O & M work. After one year of work, I felt that my work was not challenging. I quit without a hand. After two weeks of work, I met five companies, four invitations
I officially joined the second company yesterday and offered me an annual salary of 120 K. Of course, there are other benefits. The salary is basically in line with my expectations (10 k-12 k/month)
This job is for basic software development (tools and software developed for programmers). I personally think this job is very challenging and I chose this company.
Today, the project manager talked to me about why he recruited someone who did not write a line of code in my first year's work to this project team, the core point is that he is willing to give a potential young man a chance, which makes me a little excited and touched. It is true that my coding capability is average, and the algorithm is not powerful. I think there will always be personal creation opportunities.
Share my experience in finding a job:
1. Schools and resumes are very important.
2. Basic computer-related knowledge should be comprehensive and solid
3. it is very important to be enterprising and conscientious in your work. No matter what kind of work you do, as long as you can do your current job well, I believe that you will always be favored when presenting the results of your work in front of the boss of the next job.
4. Fully show yourself. A person with good understanding and positive thinking will score a lot.
5. Read more books and exchange, and face your work and colleagues with sincerity and kindness. You will always get some unexpected help.
I would like to thank the company for this opportunity and for your efforts and seriousness in the previous work. I believe that new jobs can be done well. After all, the goal is to become a "self-respecting" programmer!
One year after graduation, I will share my personal experience in finding a job.
