Orapp class library that can be used in Windows (cainiao-level, no technical content)

Orapp is a class library that encapsulates OCI functions based on C ++, which is much simpler than occi.
When I first learned this, I plan to write some exercises in windows. CodeLater, it was found that the orapp library was written in Linux and could not be compiled in windows.
So I modified a little bit of code, mainly for some Conditional compilation, in order to achieve the purpose of using in windows.
During compilation, You need to modify the make. BAT file, set ORACLE_HOME to the path of the Oracle client, and set the path of VC. net to the correct path.
This example is compiled in Windows 2003 + vs. net2003 + Oracle client 9.2.
